Please Note: Due to COVID-19, there may be a delay in processing and shipping your order, since now we go to the post office only once a week.

PAYMENT

Transactions can be made securely online by the all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and other local payment methods, such as Alipay, iDeal or SEPA Direct Debit.

Payments can be processed through either Stripe or PayPal. These payment processors are certified with the highest industry standards (PCI-DSS compliance) to ensure your information is safe and protected.

SHIPPING

The products are carefully packaged, to make sure it reaches you in perfect condition.

All orders are shipped as a registered mail: you will be able to track your order using the tracking number we provide when the order is sent.

After you add to your bag all the products you want, shipping costs will be calculated when you insert your home address in the Basket Totals.

Please ensure you have entered the correct address for shipping. Please note, Miss Greetings is not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address at checkout. If that happens, shipping has to be charged again so we can re-send the order. If you note that the package is in bad condition, please don’t accept it, and email us to help@missgreetings.com

Normally delivery takes about 1 to 3 working days to Portugal and Spain, 5 to 10 working days to Europe, and 10 to 21 working days to the rest of the world.

After payment received, orders are shipped once a week due to COVID-19.
Please understand we are not responsible for any postal delays regarding your order.
Mostly due to the current world health emergency, there may be slight delays with international orders;

ATTEMPTED DELIVERY

Contact your local Post Office immediately if you receive a notice of attempted delivery. They will hold it for several days before it’s returned to us.
The customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

If you have a package that was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, we ask you to contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@missgreetings.com and explain us the situation and please include your order number.

Please Note: Orders outside the EU may be subject to taxes or customs fees imposed by your home country.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please let us know right away. You may return unused and unopened products within 14 business days of your receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process and show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Art prints are carefully packaged in clear sleeves with hard cardboard for support and protection, and mailed in an envelope to make sure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Postcards are also packed with clear sleeves made from compostable, EN 13432, Certified Film. These products are shipped in a cardboard envelope to ensure that they arrive at their destination in perfect condition.

Frame and decoration are not available to purchase.
